I have such a sweet connection with this family as I grew up with Mama in Athens, Georgia. Such a treat to spend some time with her fabulous mother. Many thanks to Jack for sacrificing one – whole – college – weekend to spend a little family time at home…strengthening your antibodies for FOMO. XO

At any given point of down time during our shoot…someone in this sweet family was holding hands. I love to observe family dynamics and witness the subtle expressions of endearment. Here’s a little glimpse of our great morning on the beach!

These sweet children are the grandchildren of my lifelong BEST FRIEND. We can answer each other’s phone call with nothing but I-can’t-breathe laughter over absolutely nothing.
