I met these cute people a couple of years ago…and when little Miss “C” rolled up on the scene this year…she said, “I remember this place…and we played hide-n-seek!”  We sure did, sweet girl.  Loved seeing you guys and getting to meet your baby brother.

A family vacation…taken off track by a little sea creature..  Dear old Daddy got stung by a stingray…only to create a memory to the beach to be never forgotten!  Enjoyed seeing you guys…I hope the foot is getting better.

 

Just before I arrived to see this crew…two of them had been to the Rescue Release of a couple of sea turtles at Isle of Palms.  What makes that experience even cooler…they had visited the same turtles at the hospital in the South Carolina Aquarium the day before.  That’s pretty awesome.  Enjoyed my morning with you…I’m sure I was slightly less entertaining than a sea turtle.

 

 

At first, I thought it inappropriate to share this on here…a public forum for my own promotion.  But I was so moved by a request from a little girl’s uncle…during her eulogy.

Once upon a time…there was the bravest, most innocent little girl who defied all odds.  She wasn’t supposed to live 2 minutes, 2 hours or 2 weeks…but she had a 15-year purpose.  For one who could never walk or talk – she shared more love amongst the masses.  That is what her uncle asked of the congregation.  In a world of worry, money and hatred…share the love that she once did.  Most of us are fully capable of speech…make a conscious decision to speak words of love.

Truly her colors were blush and bashful.  Every celebration for her was covered in pink.  Notice the color of the lichen on the oak tree branch.  It’s just above where she was laid to rest…in a beautiful casket hand-made by her other uncle.  Perfect.  Rest in peace, sweet girl.  I hope that diamond ring sparkles even more in heaven.

 

Another nice crew on an extended family vacation – all were laid-back and h-a-p-p-y.  I believe somebody has a shadow…and loves every minute of it.  Enjoyed our morning together.

A great afternoon…with a bunch of sweet cousins…at one of my favorite beaches of all time.

A beautiful bride and a handsome groom…shared letters without laying eyes on each other.  She sniffled as she read… and he apologized for his hand-scribble.  A great moment between the two…before they met at the end of the aisle.  Gorgeous ceremony followed by a FANTASTIC reception.  It could not have gone any better.
